I’m so glad my friend recommended Jordan to me. I had knee surgery a few years ago and was looking for someone with a PT background who could help me improve my mobility as well as combat the effects of my desk job/improve my overall fitness. He took the time to discuss my goals and likes/dislikes and is very open to feedback. If there is an exercise I don’t like, he will switch up the plan. I also really appreciate his unique approach to movement and his sense of humor. Even though the workouts are challenging, I always have fun. After several personal training sessions and following my daily at home plan, my knee mobility is already improved and I can now do squats with my heels down. I also love that he has video demos in the training app so I can make sure I am doing exercises correctly at home. Highly recommend working with Jordan!

I was hunting for a trainer that had some background in physical therapy who would understand rheumatoid arthritis. A gym near my apartment sent me over to Jordan Seda and I couldn’t have been happier in my investment. I worked with him privately once or twice a week for about 4 months, and the results were astounding. I found a true love for weight lifting and improved my fitness a ton in a short period of time. The real highlight of working with Jordan is that you can show up with any kind of physical pain (sore neck, tight hips, tender knees) and he will give you exercises to help with the pain and align with your fitness goals. It’s both strength training and healing. Every session is tailored to your goals and preferences-if he sees that you’re not enjoying a particular exercise, he’ll come up with something else to accomplish the same goal. As an added bonus, Jordan loves music so he’ll find a good playlist for whatever your musical preferences for your sessions. Is an all around highly personalized experience, I can’t recommend him enough!

Jordan is a great physical therapist who I have worked with for my shoulder and lower back issues. The best parts about working with Jordan are that he is really responsive when you reach to him, is very knowledgable and takes the time to work with you and not just watch you do exercises, and that he provides video clips for the exercises that you should do after the session. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a PT!
